A data and analytics platform

OrcaIQ's platform, Fathom, is an analytics platform: software for following, aggregating, and grading sources and their predictions. Like a spreadsheet or an analytics engine, it produces intelligence; what you do with that intelligence is yours. Outputs being applicable to investing or betting does not make Fathom an investing or betting product, any more than a spreadsheet or a data warehouse becomes one. The platform produces analytics; application and accountability sit with the user.

Fathom is a data, information, and analytics platform — software infrastructure you operate, a signal refinery that ingests, filters, structures, and surfaces intelligence, applicable across many domains. Fathom is not an investment adviser, fund, broker, or trading system; a betting, wagering, or prediction service; or a decision-maker. It informs decisions; it does not make them.

Informational purposes only. OrcaIQ provides data, information, and analytics — including scores, signals, and probability estimates — for general informational purposes only. Everything OrcaIQ produces is intended to be used as one input among many in your own analysis. OrcaIQ does not make decisions, and it is not responsible for decisions made using its output.

Not investment or financial advice. Nothing OrcaIQ provides is, or should be construed as, investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. No guarantee of accuracy. Data may derive from third-party sources and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Outputs may be generated or assisted by automated and AI systems, may contain errors, and should be independently verified.

No guarantee of results. Past performance and historical accuracy are not indicative of future results. Probability estimates and source track records are estimates, not guarantees. Investing and trading involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. Integrators. Platforms that incorporate OrcaIQ data or analytics into their own products are solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance — including any suitability, best-interest, and disclosure obligations to their users — and for surfacing appropriate disclaimers to those users.
